1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lattency API, software development kits, or any associated infrastructure (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
2. Description of Services
Lattency provides advanced transaction routing, MEV-protected execution, and regional API endpoints for the Solana blockchain. Our infrastructure is designed to provide high-performance throughput and sub-millisecond execution capabilities for builders and automated trading systems.
3. Fee Structure and Settlement
Lattency operates on a performance-based fee model. By using the service, you agree to the following:
- Service Fee: A flat fee of 0.25% is applied to the gross volume of successful trade executions routed via Lattency API.
- Atomic Settlement: Fees are calculated dynamically and settled on-chain within the same transaction using atomic instructions.
- Transparency: No hidden spreads or subscription costs are applied unless explicitly negotiated through a separate enterprise agreement.
4. User Conduct and Responsibility
You acknowledge that Lattency is a tool for interacting with decentralized protocols. You are solely responsible for:
- The confidentiality and security of your private keys and API credentials.
- Executing proper risk management for automated trading strategies.
- Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. Limitations of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LATTENCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Lattency does not guarantee specific execution prices, slot residency, or protection against market-driven slippage. The Solana network is a decentralized protocol, and Lattency is not responsible for network-level outages or consensus-level delays.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, documentation, and technical designs used to provide the Service are the exclusive property of Lattency and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the API for programmatic use.
7. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for activity that we deem harmful to the infrastructure, including DDoS attempts, API flooding, or attempted unauthorized access.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lattency is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
