1. Overview and Scope
Lattency ("we," "us," or "our") provides high-performance infrastructure services for the Solana blockchain. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle information when you interact with our API, websites, and associated technical services. Our commitment is to maximize transparency while minimizing data footprint, in alignment with the decentralized principles of the Solana network.
2. Information We Collect
Due to the architectural nature of our services, data collection is primary limited to technical metadata required for secure transmission and network optimization.
2.1 Blockchain Data
We process public wallet addresses and transaction payloads. This information is inherent to the operation of the Solana blockchain and is typically publicly accessible on-chain.
2.2 Technical Metadata
Our systems automatically log technical information including IP addresses (for rate limiting and DDoS protection), request headers, and regional routing identifiers.
3. Purposes of Processing
We process information for the following specific legal and technical bases:
- Provision of Services: Building and transmitting blockchain transactions as requested via API.
- Network Optimization: Routing requests to the nearest geographic compute node to maintain sub-millisecond latency.
- Security: Monitoring for malicious activity, infrastructure attacks, and unauthorized access.
4. Security Infrastructure
Lattency employs enterprise-grade security protocols. Our API nodes operate in isolated VPC environments with strict IAM controls. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3.
5. Non-Custodial Policy
Lattency is a non-custodial provider. We do not maintain long-term storage of private keys. For "Ultra Fast" execution requests, keys are processed in volatile RAM (volatile memory) only for the duration of the cryptographic signing operation and are forcefully purged immediately upon completion.
6. Data Retention
Technical logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days unless required for ongoing security investigations or legal compliance. Blockchain-related metadata is purged from our caching layers once the transaction has reached finalized commitment on the Solana network.
7. User Rights
Under relevant data protection frameworks (including GDPR where applicable), you have rights regarding your data. However, please note that we cannot modify or delete information that has been broadcast to and finalized on the Solana blockchain.
8. Regulatory Compliance
Lattency operates in compliance with international standards. We cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies when presented with valid legal process, provided it does not compromise our non-custodial architecture.
